Just Hack it, Already!

 

Schedule Daily Resets

 
I often find myself going down a rabbit hole where I spend a bunch of time doing something other than
what I wanted to be doing. A great example of this would be checking email instead of working on an
important project.

A simple thing you can do to ameliorate these instances is schedule a reminder(s) during the day to
ask yourself this important question:
 
“Am I doing what I know is most important right now? Am I being the person I
want to be right now?”
 
I schudule  recorded messages asking me the question above at certain times of the day to force areset. If I’ve deviated from my intended path, this forces me to reset and shift my focus back to what
is important.
